B2B procurement sites in the scientific research sector are notoriously slow and complex. Researchers need to search massive product lists, verify chemical structures, and comply with strict validation gateways. Neurovex Chems had a legacy platform where searching for products took over 4 seconds, causing researchers to cancel orders.

The company needed a highly secure web application that could handle rapid inventory indexing, automate compliance checks, and offer an intuitive catalog filter matrix that loaded instantly.

MEDIA VII built a custom Next.js full-stack database application. We engineered a customized catalog filter index that bypasses standard client-side queries, querying and sorting data on the server side in milliseconds.

We integrated secure payment gateways and created automated compliance checks that validate buyer credentials before processing transactions, protecting the brand's legal standing while ensuring a smooth checkout flow.

We built the database architecture using optimized PostgreSQL tables linked to a secure Node.js backend. The frontend UI was styled with a dark, high-contrast theme, incorporating subtle laboratory-themed graphics.

We also configured localized schemas to attract enterprise procurement managers searching for premium chemical distributors in major Florida markets.
